Course Description

This is a 1-year program that equips the learner with professional service skills to operate within a hotel/restaurant /airline. It equips the learner with the following skills:

  • Food safety
  • Menu knowledge
  • Deliver food and beverage service
  • Prepare beverages for service
  • Product knowledge for hot, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
