This is a 1-year program that equips the learner with professional service skills to operate within a hotel/restaurant /airline. It equips the learner with the following skills:

- Menu knowledge
- Deliver food and beverage service
- Prepare beverages for service
- Product knowledge for hot, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
